The rookie defeated Gibby Chapman at No. 4 singles to earn the team's first point, while
Olivia Gorton earned the second point with a win at No. 6 singles.Â
In doubles play, the pair of
Carly Chaney and
Morgan Hammer picked up their second win of the weekend with a 6-2 win over Margarita Vinichenko and Hannah Oing at No. 3 doubles.Â
The Bulldogs return to action when they travel to Mankato Saturday, Feb. 21 for a conference matchup at Minnesota State at 4 p.m. They wrap play for the month of February on Sunday, Feb. 22 at Winona State. The match is set to get underway at 2:30 p.m.  Â
