The University of Minnesota Bulldogs' baseball team are picked to finish sixth in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference this season, based on the results of the coaches' poll. UMD finished with 101 points, with just 20 points separating fourth place from seventh.

Minnesota State-Mankato was selected as the favorite to win the conference, with Winona State also receiving two 1st place votes.

Last season, the Bulldogs finished in a tie for fourth place, after being ranked ninth in the preseason polls. UMD was 22-10 against NSIC teams, and finished with an overal record of 36-20.
