"Cooper is a tremendous route runner who has great hands and can take it the distance whenever he touches the ball. He does a great job beating defenders with the use of both his quickness and route-running intelligence. Cooper has a bright future as a slot wide receiver at UMD" – UMD Offensive Coordinator/Wide Receivers Coach Chase Vogler
The Bulldogs closed out their 86th year of intercollegiate football with an 11-1 overall record (going a perfect 11-0 during the regular season) and captured a share of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference championship while claiming the NSIC North Division title for the 11th year in a row.  UMD also earned its ninth NCAA Division II playoff berth since 2008.
