BULLDOGS LAND 12 STUDENT-ATHLETES ON AHCA KRAMPADE ALL-AMERICAN SCHOLARS LIST

The University of Minnesota Duluth women's hockey team landed 12 student-athletes on the American Hockey Association's 2019-20 Division I Krampada All-American Scholars list, the coaches association announced Tuesday.

Those Bulldog players included Taylor Anderson (So., Eagan, Minn.), Kasundra Betinol (Fr., Okotoks, Alberta.), Sydney Brodt (Sr., North Oaks, Minn.), Kylie Hanley (So., Minnetonka, Minn.), McKenzie Hewett (So., Edmonton, Alberta.), Ryleigh Houston (Sr., Winnipeg, Manitoba), Anna Klein, (Jr., Edina, Minn.), Anneke Linser, (So., Lino Lakes, Minn., Lizi Norton (So., Orono, Minn.), Naomi Rogge (Jr., Eden Prairie, Minn.), Kailee Skinner (So., Penticton, B.C.), and Taylor Stewart (So., Rochester, Minn.).

To be eligible for selection, a student-athlete must have a 3.6 GPA each semester and participate in 40 percent of his/her school's games at an AHCA-member institution. In all, 571 All-American Scholars were recognized by the AHCA this year. Nationally, 318 men's players and 253 women's players were selected, with 109 selected from Western Collegiate Hockey Association members.
