Bob Rients announced Thursday that two Minnesota-native pitching standouts have signed a National Letter of Intent or Letter of Acceptance to join the Bulldogs for the 2022 season. Â

The incoming players include LHP Isaac Benesh (Century College) and RHP Chad Fox (Century College). Benesh commits to UMD via a National Letter of Intent, while Fox joins the Bulldogs via Letter of Acceptance. Additionally, both Benesh and Fox were coached by former Bulldog Josh Threlkeld while at Century College.Â
