After the team's loss, Head Coach
Jessica Worden had some strong words to say about the team and what the future holds.
"Today was some of our best tennis this season. Doubles came out strong and smart the entire set! Singles continued to get better as the match went on. It was great to see everyone win more games the second set. Next week, we plan to work on updating our individual and team goals prior to a restful and recovering spring break."
The team fought hard and had fun as
Allison Jondahl and
Mallory Lithun told us.
"Today we came out with the goal of having fun, and we all had a blast! Everyone played amazing, and I'm proud of the way we played despite the end score!!" said Jondahl.
"It was fun to play a non-conference team today! The ladies came out and fought in all of the matches, and we are ready to prepare for more battles in March!" said Lithun.
The Bulldogs have a long break as they don't play again until March 19
th. The team will travel to Winona to take on Winona State University.
