Box Score The Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs tennis team competed in their second conference match today against Bemidji State. The Bulldogs dropped two of their three doubles matches and were only able to win one of their singles matches.
Doubles The team continued with the same doubles pairings as yesterday.
Shay Callaway and
Isabel Resler played together at the No. 1 position losing 1-6. Their doubles record is now 1-1 in conference play.
Abby Johnson and
Amanda Hanowski lost their match at the No. 2 position with a 2-6 final. Their record is now 1-1.
Olivia Honsey and
Allison Jondahl played at the No. 3 position and won their match 6-2. They now have a 1-1 record.

Shay Callaway continued to play at the No. 1 position today. Callaway lost both sets 3-6 and now has an 0-2 singles record.
Isabel Resler follows in the No. 2 position and lost her sets 0-6 and 1-6. Resler is now 1-1 in singles conference play.
Abby Johnson played in the No. 3 position. Johnson's record is now 1-1 in conference play as she lost her sets 1-6 and 2-6.
At the No. 4 position was
Amanda Hanowski. Hanowski dropped her sets 2-6 and 1-6. She now holds a 0-2 singles record.
Olivia Honsey continued her winning singles streak in the No. 5 position. Honsey won both of her sets 6-4. She is now 2-0 (3-0 overall) in conference play.
Allison Jondahl played at the No. 6 position and lost her sets 0-6 and 3-6. Jondahl now has a 1-1 singles record.
Final The Bulldogs lost 1-6 and now hold a 1-1 conference record.

Shay has grown so much as a player on the court over this weekend. Her style and mental game continue to become stronger and stronger each time she steps on the court and Amanda has been a fantastic addition to our team. Over the weekend she has become a teammate that we can count on in any situation. She is a great motivator to be around!"

Even though today wasn't a win, I love being surrounded by girls with great attitudes and energy knowing we gave it our all. This match against Bemidji State completes the Bulldogs' road trip to North Dakota. The Bulldogs come back home to play against Augustana this Friday and Sioux Falls on Saturday at the Duluth Indoor Sports Center.
