UMD Bulldogs "ALLETE" Moments: Competition

Throughout this year, UMD Athletics is partnering with Minnesota Power, ALLETE to highlight the Bulldogs accomplishments in the 3 C's: Classroom, Competition, Community.Â

The University of Minnesota Duluth soccer team has named two players to the 2024 College Sports Communicators Academic All District team on Tuesday, including senior forward Anna Tobias and graduate student defender Aisley Allen.

Anna Tobias earns her third CSC Academic All District team nomination after recently being named to the NSIC All Conference second team last week. Tobias led the Bulldogs in goals (4), points (10), shots (45), and shots on goal (23) after starting in all 17 games for UMD this season.

Aisley Allen joined the Bulldogs as a graduate student transfer from Idaho State University for the 2024 season. Allen started in all 17 games for UMD throughout the season, scoring her first ever collegiate goal in the Bulldog's final road game of the season against the Southwest Minnesota State University Mustangs.
