The University of Minnesota Duluth will put the finishing touches its 2013 women's tennis season this Wednesday (April 20) when the Bulldogs travel to Lakeville, Minn., for a Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference match with the University of Sioux Falls. Match time is set for 1:30 p.m. at the Lifetime Fitness Club.

The Bulldogs dropped to 3-9 overall and 3-7 in the NSIC after being upended 6-3 by the University of Mary Saturday morning in Grand Forks, N.D. UMD was scheduled to take on another NSIC foe, Northern State University, at that same locale on Sunday, but that match was canceled.

Junior Kelsey Cunningham and rookie Katie Lincoln both top the Bulldogs in singles victories this season, with each going 5-7 while the two have teammed up to go a team-best 8-4 in doubles play (all at No. 3). They will take a five-match winning streak into Wednesday's 2013 regular season finale.
