University of Minnesota Duluth falls to Bemidji State on Friday night 96-77. UMD is 4-6 overall and 3-6 in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. Bemidji State University improves to 5-8. (4-7 NSIC.)
Senior guard for BSU, Nick Wagner, scored 32 points on 11-18 shooting form the field, and 5-10 shooting from downtown.
UMD went into halftime trailing 36-43.
The Beavers ran with the second half shooting 72% (18-25) from the field and 50% (13-25) on 3-pointers0, while UMD shot 41.9% (13-31) on field goals and 45.5% (9-24) on 3-pointers.
Overall, UMD shot 44.3% (27-61) from the field, 37.5% (9-24) on 3-pointers, grabbed 31 rebounds and had 12 turnovers while the Beavers shot 63.6% (35-55) from the field and 52% (13-25) on 3-pointers.

Charlie Katona finished with 20 points, and five rebounds, and freshmen forward
Austin Andrews finished with 16 points, three rebounds, and one steal.
