  • A three-time Northern Intercollegiate Conference (NIC) All-League first baseman (1989-91).
  • Also, UMD’s starting quarterback for the 1990 and 1991 seasons where he led the team passing both seasons.
  • On the diamond, set the program’s career record for home runs (34) and RBIs (137). 
  • Was the NIC batting and RBI champion in 1989 with a .455 batting average and 20 RBIs. 
  • On the football field, quarterbacked the Bulldogs to a NSIC Championship in 1990, recording a team high of over 1,000 yards of total offense.
  • Was a captain on both the 1991 football and baseball teams.
